| Question | What Good Looks Like |
|---|---|
| Do I need to be very fit first? | No. A good beginner programme scales intensity and teaches safe movement first. |
| What should I wear? | Comfortable activewear for your trial; the club can advise on uniform options after. |
| How much coaching support should I expect? | Coach-led sessions plus support from experienced high-belt training partners. |
| How often should beginners train? | Two sessions per week is ideal for consistent progress. |
| Can I train for fitness and confidence, not competition? | Yes. Adult classes support fitness, self-defence awareness, and technical progression. |
Adult classes run Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM at 34 Barrys Point Road, Takapuna. Members commonly travel from Milford, Devonport, Glenfield, Wairau, Birkenhead, and Albany.
